BoostDraft develops a document editor with support features incorporating IDE concepts into legal documents. We operate as a fully remote team, bringing together members from diverse backgrounds worldwide. Many of our team members, including those in management, balance parenting and work, and we offer flexible working arrangements tailored to individual lifestyles.

In addition to fostering in-person connections through events like our annual Offsite Meeting and our monthly Office Day, we actively create casual online interaction opportunities such as Morning Check-ins, Game Days, and Coffee Chats. These initiatives help ensure smooth collaboration and productivity, even in a remote work environment.
