Our Sreake Division is a premier SRE center of excellence in Japan, serving as a strategic partner to diverse industries, including finance, e-commerce, and entertainment. Leveraging deep cloud-native expertise in Google Cloud and AWS, we provide end-to-end support—from system design and construction to operational optimization and the cultivation of SRE culture within organizations. We prioritize engineer autonomy through a fully remote-first work style. Currently, about 30% of our members work from regional areas across Japan. While there is no requirement to commute, we foster a vibrant culture where members gather voluntarily for internal events. At the same time, we maintain a professional commitment to our clients, providing the flexibility to travel to on-site locations across the country when specific project phases demand it.
